Begin wearing after birth on the day that you are discharged from the hospital. It’s optimal to begin wearing Bellefit right after birth; however, you will still see results if you begin to wear your girdle at any time during the first 6 months after the delivery

We recommend that you size at 36 weeks or later for a more accurate sizing. To find your size you will need your current hip measurement.

Awesome product but check size
The product is amazing but I read the reviews to make sure I ordered the right size and I ordered a small. Which I was a S/XS pre baby. It’s too small so I’m actually ordering the medium. I’ll eventually be in the small so it’s good I have it. Love the way it sucks everything in. I got the thong version which is nice for no lines!

Comfortable
It is pretty comfortable. It doesn’t roll over and stays shape pretty well. I am normally a medium and bought a medium. It fit perfectly. I am already 8 weeks postpartum and will buy another one in a small.
