Approved refunds are typically processed within 30 calendar days from the date your return is received. The cost of your return prepaid label will be deducted from your refund amount. Approved exchanges are typically processed within 2-4 business days from the date your return is received. You will receive an invoice to cover the shipping costs of your exchange order.
