Begin wearing after birth on the day that you are discharged from the hospital. It’s optimal to begin wearing Bellefit right after birth; however, you will still see results if you begin to wear your girdle at any time during the first 6 months after the delivery
We recommend that you size at 36 weeks or later for a more accurate sizing. To find your size you will need your current hip measurement.

I knew prior to giving birth that I wanted to support my core for recovery, but methods like belly binding seemed too time consuming and I worried about consistency for that reason. Finding bellefit ended up being my perfect solution and the results are far better than I could have ever hoped for. I started with a 3xl girdle and I’m now down to a large 2 months postpartum. The girdles are comfortable and discrete and I will definitely continue to wear one until I’m at least 6 months postpartum. I’ll definitely be recommending them to friends as a postpartum must.
